  well, everyone, tonight is the night when they are going to test out the new thought in the new om book.

  "brothers just want to make this announcement ....... is no loner a jw".

  buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz then silent.. gosssssssssssssssip afterwards.. well that's love for you, 8 years and not one phone call.

  You right, Free at last.

  Mad, crazy people. Just on my mind a lot though, as it blows my mind how they go about things, and NO ONE questions them.

  My big sister said to.......(keep her out of it) "Well at least I am doing the right thing in Jehovah"s eyes"

  Even my nephew questioned the way they went about it, had his elders around to ask, but you can imagine what they said to him - something like this "just leave it up to Jehovah blah, blah.........but he does not question further even showed him from their own WT mags about 1975 and the rest but he still does not ask and ask, just feel very sad about this. But anyway thanks once again everyone.

  That same night at 9 22 pm they got this one elder to phone me and tell me that they have just announced it (it was the same elder who i did not see eye to eye with when i was a jw) said to him that the blood was on his head esp. after 8 years. He said well we did invite you to the commitee case, your sister and her husband were there ( I did not know) my own flesh and blood. Anyway I said to him they did not follow their own pub. which said that they must tell the person BEFORE they announce etc etc.

  They announced that because when the elder phoned after 8 years to see if i have any problem (hullo) i said to him that it is very strange this love of theirs to phone me now. He had heard that i had gone to a church ONCE and it is on that basis i think they announced it, also because I went to my mom and big sister and told them about all the wrong things that the org has said in their mags (i look at the net going right back to 1800) trying to break their faith in the faithful and D S class. I also said to my sister that the Spirit is in a person. Well I think that did it.

  And as some of you said they want to keep me from talking to my family, as this elder said he wants to keep the org. clean!!!!!!!!

  Keep it clean! my goodness with all the going's on with studies, husbands and wifes it makes me sick!

  Well now my mom and big sister WILL NOT SPEAK TO ME, just what THEY wanted.

  Thanks everyone for all your help, love yes love. NB thanks goodness i still have my daughter loubelle, who posts on here. I wonder and so does she when her phone call will come?

  or else just take the flag of your country and drap it accross the whole section of the stand taking up about 100 seats (rem. no saving seats) then when the session starts, you the only one sitting in that section.

  Wave your flag, hitting the B and S in front and behind.

  moreover, why should anyone object to the bibles saying that it is satan who gives the wild beast its great authority?

  that is the problem with the brothers and sisters, they DONT CARE, new light old light they just go with the flow, as long as they dont have to think for themselves.

  Beware if you do.

  Beware that if you do look back and discover that this light that was getting brighter and brighter was DIM in the first place.

  Beware you ask questions Why? etc next min. you an apostate and DFed.

  No I am still very vey new, I dont even know the right terminology to use here and just go with the flow sometimes making up my own (prehaps someone could open a new post listing all the terminology used here as I still dont know how yet to do that) not very comp. lit.. But this site has really helped me, just to read about exJW and others, their views etc and to see how OPEN people are in expressing themselves, what a change, it is so refreshing to me. Thanks everyone, thanks. Will give back even if it is in a little way, but remember we are not UNDER LAW anymore.

  they claim that the jw's... as of the new organization book ...no longer announce someone is disfellowshipped or disassociated.. .

  but rather they announce " they are no longer a jehovah's witness.

  anyone that can shed light on if this is true or not?

  pistof, this is the situation in my case, I did the fade for 8 years and now only 2 weeks ago the elder phoned me and I did not meet them for the commitee case on Sunday and yes they will announce that I am no blah blah.

  I dont know how I could sue them prehaps it was because I did say on the phone that I could not follow his God that lies and I have the spirit in me.

  Now the problem is, that if anyone says hullo to me or has a meal with me (like one of my family members) then they two can get DFed. Very strange. As it has been said they are saying quite plainly that the org is the only one who has the "truth". By saying the above they are keeping a tight control of all the "sheep" who live in FEAR. Thank god i am FREE.

  Well since I did not attend my commitee case on Sun 29th, after being 8 years out of the org, 2 phone calls later from elder to attend (that is how far their love goes) told him cannot serve their God who lies.

  I was wondering what would happen from then, now the elder, it looks like to me, is that he has to phone me again and tell me what decision they have come to.

  Then he will announce I am no longer a JW, as it has been said here that you can imagine what gossip is going to go around, everybody now would like to know what it was i did, unless they do give a talk.

  Prehaps I should be like Martin Luther and nail my thoughts to the kingdom hall door.

  Thanks for this "light", you see it does get brighter and brighter HERE on this site and we are feed at the right time.
